Made in the 1920s and stamped with the name J.JACQUOTOT PARIS 12 & 130 R.DE GRENELLE. "HH" is also engraved, likely the name of the chef who used this pan. The copper is approximately 2 mm thick, and the hollow copper handle is secured with three large copper rivets. A unique piece with a story.
